stay fit

it's spring break! it's so easy to get lazy and let myself slip with  my workouts with most of my friends gone and no class schedule. not to mention my ankle tendinitis is flaring pretty nastily, so no running for brittany this week. gotta convert that extra energy into strength training!

today is day 7 of my plank and day 1 of my squat challenge, plus the regular routine (i've been switching between a few).

45 second plank
50 squats
+
25 push-ups
30 crunches
50 second wall sit (ouch)
10 tricep dips
30 lunches (each leg)
15 squats
-repeat 3xs-
