favorite things

1) fitnessblender. i've been looking for an adequate channel with free workouts to guide me for months. this channel is perfect! you go at your own pace, you can mix & match different muscles you want to focus on, and it doesn't matter if you have your own equipment or not.

2) kefir. this is an esspecially delicious yogurt drink. you can find them at any general store in the yogurt section. they come in many different flavors and are perfecttt for smoothies!

3) yoga. "yoga" is such a funny name, a lot of people chuckle at the sound of it. but it's honestly so refreshing and helps you find balance in life that exceeds that term in a physical sense.

4) travel. i'm dying to see the world.

5) music. this isn't anything new--if you know me, you shouldn't be surprised to find that i love music with all my heart. but it's something that has been lacking in my life lately. there's something different between listening to the radio and tapping the keys of a piano or plucking the strings of a guitar. it brings such solace to my life, unlike anything else.
