life lessons

the course of life is full of waves that toss and turn you, and sometimes
you are so exhausted of the journey that you forget your end destination.
keep your values close in these times, and drop to your knees.
offer your soul to god, who listens and knows your heart better than
you know it yourself.
think of what you're grateful for, and try to pray for opportunities to help
others through their storms.
though its hard, it will ease your heart as you widen your gaze to see that you are not
the only one on a difficult journey.
realize you are not alone, and that you don't have to do it all.
do the best you can, and god will help push you through that last leg that you
simply do not think you have the strength for.
rely on him, for he is your creator and is more than able to give you the peace and
 stability you seek.
you will find that he is, during those moments when the world seems to be
closing in on you, the only one who can offer you that.
for he loves you more than you know.
