today's findings

today was probably one of the most uneventful days of my life. yet one of the most productive.

today i learned, i discovered, i ventured.

i looked beyond the mirror's reflection of who i am. i looked at that person, then i looked inward. and the person i found there was more amazing than i thought. more beautiful, more talented, more valuable than i ever gave her credit for.

i believe god let me see myself through his eyes. just a microscopic glimpse. 

it may sound like i did something very deep and soul-searching today. i didn't. :) i went to my classes, ate costa vida, went for a run to a park.--uneventful.

but do you know what? you don't have to do something inspiring to be inspired. every day can be eye-opening.

today, i found myself. and the day isn't even over yet.
